How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and packed within 1 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 4–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination + customs)

How do I track my order?

How do I return an item?

All sales are final. For hygiene and small business reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said — if there’s ever an issue with your order (damaged in transit, wrong item, etc.), please contact me. I’ll always do my best to make it right!

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Remove before bed
• Avoid water, chemicals and oils
• Store with like items
• Keep away from high humidity
• Clean with a soft cotton cloth

Are your earrings nickel-free / hypoallergenic?

Yes, I carefully select materials that are safe for sensitive ears. Most of my earrings use nickel-free and hypoallergenic components.
